How can I purchase your products?
If you are a consumer our products can be purchased through any durable medical equipment dealer. If you are a new dealer we would be happy to ship with prepayment or Visa/Mastercard/American Express. To set up an account please contact customer service.

When will my order ship?
Standard shipping time is 3-5 days. For custom orders and parts contact customer service. Most products are shipped U.P.S. ground service.

Can you customize a chair?
We manufacture 26 distinctive styles of chairs but even considering this wide range of features, we are still called upon to custom design for specific needs.  Our staff is trained to address these situations and welcomes your questions.

Can I color code my chair?
Color coding is available for multiple unit orders only.  Unfortunately different colors are not available on single unit orders.  Color coding  is used as a means of department identification for institutions such as hospitals.  Please call 1-800-533-5330  if you feel you qualify for color coding.

Do your chairs fold?
Many of our models can be folded for travel and a carrying bag is available.

What is the weight capacity of your chairs?
Our standard chair has a 250 pound weight capacity.  Our #720 Bariatric series is rated up to 600 lbs.

Are replacement parts available?
Yes, locate serial number on your product and contact your dealer.  Need to find a dealer?  Use our Dealer Locater

Does Medicare or Medicaid cover products?
Medicaid regulations vary by state.  For most accurate information contact a certified ACTIVEAID, Inc. dealer (see Dealer Locater).
